The Motor Mount has been cleaned, repaired, primed and mounted on the fuselage of
the Hawker Hurricane AM274
The Rolls-Royce Merlin (now with Packard 29 banks installed) has found a new home on
the motor mount installed on the Hawker Hurricane AM274.
The Original Landing Gear legs off the Hawker Hurricane AM274 now sporting original
Hawker Hurricane wheels purchased in England, and a set of rubber tires.
Original Hawker Hurricane footboards, cleaned, straightened and installed on AM274.
The original fuel selector switch can also be seen in this photograph, now installed on the
fuselage tubing in the cockpit area.
The original rudder bar adjuster off the Hawker Hurricane AM274.  
Now cleaned, inspected and with a newly manufactured screw
(built by John's father, Ed Norman) in place.  
Ed had to build a special tool in order to be able to make this screw with the square
threads you can see on it.  
Many of the threads were missing on the original screw that Ed used as a pattern
