have a great group of volunteers who help them with this massive

We are deeply indebted to the Walton Maritime Museum in Walton-on-the-
Naze in Essex, England, for their kind contribution of an original Dowty
Oleo-pneumatic Tailwheel to use as a pattern for making a new one for
AM274.  They went a step beyond, by allowing us to keep the airworthy
parts off this tailwheel unit, and replace what we kept with replica parts.
We hope you will take time to visit the Museum whenever you find
yourself in the neighborhood!!
