Stewart Foo-Fighter
a static display yard ornament
completed by John Norman
In early August 2007 this "Stewart Foo-Fighter" was sent to JNE Aircraft Restoration Services
to be completed as a static display.

The owner wanted it to look like a 'flyer' from the outside, but not to worry about the inside details.
He wanted it covered with fabric, painted, and fitted with a 'mock' engine so that it could be
displayed as a yard ornament at his landscape business;
Clearview Nursery & Stone in the
Maltby area of Snohomish, Washington
20 days later the little airplane has a firewall, cockpit cowling, fabric covering ...
AND ~ a 5-cylinder mock-up of an engine with a propeller that spins!
By September 11th, she has her wings and 'engine' on and a bright red paint job!
The completed project is now on display at Clearview Nursery and Stone.
Check it out if you are ever in the area!
